In September 2021, Trotter & Sholer partnered with Swivel Gallery to participate in the first annual Future Fair in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood, New York.

Trotter & Sholer alongside Swivel Gallery presented Eternity in an Hour.  With works by Joseph Cochran, Pajtim Osmanajm, Lujan Perez, and Derek Weisberg into a cohesive and collaborative presentation of four diverse mediums and artists.

The presentation’s atmospheric and textural presence leaves the viewer with a familiarity that can’t quite be placed; a reflex-like memory that may not actually exist. The work offers an invitation for the viewer to stand in the stillness of a moment frozen in time.  Each piece in this exhibition can be understood as a tableau, a brief scene of an unfolding story.
